The Greater Southeast Interactive TV Consortium is the collective efforts of 11 educational providers in south-eastern North Dakota. Linked by a fiber optic backbone, the facilties include a full service two-way analog classroom at each site, set up to three remote sites at a time. One way delivery is possible to all 11 sites simultaneously. The system is "on-line" 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. |
